Q.

H1B Extension beyond 6 years

I am in the 6th year of my H1B visa. My stamped visa expires in Jun 2011. I have about 2 vacation months that I can recapture. My company plans to start PERM processing now and file the application by end of Oct 2010. I will not have 365 clear days of filing to qualify for 7th year extension. My questions are:-

1.My company files the PERM application in Oct 2010 and if that gets approved by April-May 2011, will I be eligible to file for 7th year extension on the basis of approved labor?

2.If the above is not possible, then what are my options to be eligible for 7th year extension?
