I have H1 visa and my family has H4 visa stamped in passport and the visas are valid till September 2010.
I had changed employer in 2009 and thereafter got new I-94 valid till October 2010.
My family has gone to India on vacation and has plans to travel back to US in the end of August 2010.
I am in the US and my employer is going to apply for H1 extension in next few days.

Can my family travel back to US in the end of August without any concerns at the port of entry and with existing visa which is having name of previous employer on it and visa validity remaining for about a month?
If there can be some concerns for my family to travel back to US with existing visa, what should be done so that they can enter United States without any concerns at the port of entry?
