Q.

Use of EAD

Use of EAD
I have been working under H1B visa since 2005 for my employer. My I-485 is being processed and my priority date is Dec. 2005. For the last few years I have traveled using AP and have an EAD. I continue to work under H1B Visa and my employer is filing for an extension since the visa is expiring in Feb 2011. The company's laywer advised me not to use my EAD since if the I-485 is denied I would be out of status. I have now an offer to work part time for a second company and would have to use my EAD. Could I work for a this company using the EAD and continue working full time under H1B? Could it cause any problem in the future?
