PERM Approval and new H1B visa

Hi, I am in L1B visa and I filed for an extension in Nov 2009 and got it approved by Jan 2010.On April 30, 2010 I got my approved petition revoked by USCIS and denied the previous approved decision by July 09,2010.I am leaving the country by August 31st, 2010. My company is planning for premium H1B processing.Qns: 1. While I am here my Greencard PERM filing got approved this week. Is my PERM approval still valid once I am out of status? Can I use the PERM after my H1B approval? 3. Let say, if my H1B is denied is my PERM still valid? Can I continue with my Greencard process?4. If I leave my current company after my H1B denial is my PERM still valid?5. While attending the consular interivew for a non immigrant H1B visa, will my current green card process that is in place hinder my chances?
