My curr. H1 expires on Aug 01 and I94 on Aug 11. My emplyer applied for extn on Jun 29 under PP (Had PO bw client and vendor;No client letter). Got RFE on Jul 13 saying "evid is insuff. to est. that a valid emp-empyer rel. will exist for the ent. duration of the req. validty period. In addtion it is noted nothing has been submitted from the end client, verifying the dates req. to complete the proj.", to respond by Aug 27.

Into the same proj (Empler - vendor - client) for 3 yrs. Its a 50-50 chance to get a client letter. If I cannot get:

1. Can I trnsfer my H1 to the vendor? Having the PO, What is the possibility of being asked for a client letter again? What are my chances to get an approval?

2. Can I switch emplyer after Aug 1st? My curr H1 ends on Aug 1 and I94 on Aug 11
