Q.

H-1B multiple transfer

My query is regarding the H-1B Transfer. Here is my situation.

1. Working for employer A and contract expiring on 8/15/2010.

2. Accepted a job offer from employer B who filed my H-1B petition yesterday. I did not tell employer A about it for some reasons.

3. Employer A offered me a much better job today and I want to take it.

4. Employer A will file my H-1B transfer petition this week.

5. I never joined employer B.

The questions are:

1. Does it create any problem to have two H-1B petitions filed simultaneously?

2. Would there be any problem if transfer with company B is denied?

3. Do I need to tell employer A of the other H-1B petition filed through employer B yesterday?

Thanks for your help.
