Q.

H1 Extension

My H1 B and I94 will expire on 07/31/2010.Current employer filed H1 B extension and got an rfe.Rfe has to be responded before 08/14/2010.
so I found 2 new employers who are applying for H1 B transfer before 07/31/2010.Below are my questions
1.How long can I work for my current employer ?

2.Is it sufficient to file my H1 B transfer with my new employer before the expiration of my I-94 or do I need to start working with my new employer before 07/31/2010?

3.My new employer will file for H1 B transfer before 07/31 and I will start working for them under portability around 08/10/2010 while the transfer is in process.I would like to continue with my current employer Until 08/10/2010 - Do you see any issues with this ?
4. Do you see issues filing transfer with 2 new employers?
Thanks
