Labor Approved in GC, Country of Birth Question

My wife is on H1 visa. Her Employer has applied for green card for her. She got the Labor certification approved recently few days back.
She has Indian Passport.
But her country of birth is Cairo, Egypt. She has birth certificate of Egypt country. She was born in Egypt and she and her parents stayed in Egypt for 13 years and then moved to India for her higher education.
Will this Country of birth being Egypt speed up the Green Card process for I 140 Premium Step and Adjustment of Status 485 step as Egypt green card processing is Current
where as India has long wait time in green card steps?
