Q.

Expired I-94 for Spouse & Kid

I was working on L1 with my previous employer (my wife & son were on L2) and it was expired on Mar 6th, 2010. They applied for extension before it was expired but withdrew that application after I left that company (my last day was Apr 16th, 2010). I joined new company on Apr 19th, 2010 with my new H1B approved in Jan 2010 but my wife & son were out of status since Mar 6th, 2010 or after my previous employer withdrew the application. My son is 5 years old (DOB: 08/15/2005) and my wife is 25 years old (DOB: 05/20/1985). Please let me know the options to get H4 for them. Also I would like to know the charges/fees if you can help with filing for H4.
