Follow Up Question on H1 to H4 now risk

Respected Lawyer,

By Risk I meant having worked for 5 years as H1 visa in usa and have pay stubs till Feb 2010 and converting into H4 visa in march 2010 and thus staying for more than 6 years (5 on h1 + 3 on h4 totalling to 8 years )in usa .
Will the immigration officer feel that the system is being over utilized by me? (by staying more than 6 yrs (8 years of 5 yrs H1 + 3 yrs H4 now)

Kindly let me know.
