Hello,

I am Kamal from chicago.I am currently on H1b without a job for more than a year.I had two employers but both of the employers failed to place me in a job.But luckily I got my back wages from my first employer through DOL complaint and with my second employer the complaint is in process.I see that the investigator who is currently assigned for my case is been asked to work on other project and mine was put on hold.I am planning to go India once for all in 3 months of time.My question is ,hiring attorney at this point will speed up my case? I havent worked for second employer so far but they holding my H1 from Novemeber 2007 till now (guess) and they did not get me a project,no pay stub from them.Do you think I have all rights to claim my back wages?
