H1B transfer after PERM approval before i140

I am currently working for GE. My labor has been filed by a local startup (future employment) on 1Apr2010. It is approved on 6Jun2010. My 6 years on H1 are on 1Oct 2010. With recapture it could expire on 29Jan 2011. The startup company is not cash positive at this time and has shown losses in last year balance sheet. I have contracting offer through a consulting company who is ready to file for H1 transfer. What are the alternatives for me to get three year extension on H1. a) What can be strategy so that Startup company can get my I140 approved ?
2) What if we apply for I140 and then consulting company applies for 3 year ext based on pending I140. Also consulting company is ready to file new PERM but that will take more time and we do not think approval will come before 2011
