Q.

Job Title Change

Hi,
I started with the company as Sr.Software Developer on h1b visa.
Company has filed PERM for the position of Sr.Software Developer ( PERM and I-140 Approved).
Recently they have changed my job title to Technical Manager. I have been performing the same duties what i was performing as Sr.Software Developer.

When priority date becomes current in the future do i have to submit the offer letter as Sr.Software Developer or i can submit the offer letter as Technical Manager?

If company is going to give me the offer letter as Sr.Software Developer for I-485 then is it going to be an issue because at that time i will be working as Technical Manager on h1b visa?
