H1 and Salary
Hello there,
I'm on H1 visa and my current H1 is expiring in last week of October 2010.After that I've to go back to my country of citizenship.
My question is - If my current project ends in July 2010 in that case will I get my salary till October. Also, I heard that my company (who sponsored H1) is responsible for paying my travel expenses (one way ticket) once my H1 term is over - Is that correct?
