Q.

H1B transfer

Hi,

I am currently working on Company A and i got an offer from Company B. In order to apply for the job company B asked a xerox copy of my current H1B Document. But I dont want to join Company B now. I didnt sent them any other papers for transfer.

Can Company B do anything with my H1B authorization scanned copy.
