Q.

Two Approved H-1B for the same person

I am from INDIA and I am on my OPT working as a postdoc in a University. My F-1 VISA has expired but my EAD is valid till 18 Jan 2011. The university is filing for my H1-B academic. At the same time I am also looking for industrial positions. If I get a job and a corporate H1B is filed by the company on my behalf, will there be any problem in getting the approval? If it gets approved, will there be any conflict when I go for VISA stamping at US Consulate in India?
