Q.

H1B visa on 7th year

Hi,

I have completed my 6 years on H1B and have now got a 3 year extension on my H1B (ending 2013) based on the approved I-140.
My questions are:
1. Can I switch my job and transfer my H1B visa? What are the chances of USCIS denying or shortening the duration because it is not the regular H1B but one based on I-140.
2. I am aware that my priority date can be ported to the new I-140 application, what is the procedure to do that.

Thanks
