Case Background
-H1B Visa since Nov 2005.Expiring on Jan 19 2011
Queries
Planning to travel to India
-Is it OK to travel out of US and re-enter with only 2 months left on the visa stamp on passport?
Your answer to the above is
'As long as you have more than six months remaining on your passport, you will be allowed to enter the US.'
Six months of what?Visa stamp or passport expiration?
The officer should not deny you entry becuase you have two months left on your visa or request that you return to India to get a visa stamp.-You just said above As long as you have 6 months left on passport.
I am confused
again question is
Can i travel to india if the visa stamp on my passport expires in 2 months?
paying fees again.
