Q.

I-140

Hi,
This is amish.I had applied my I 140 under eb2 category. Am having contineous two diplomas in electrical and mechanical engineering each of two years. with 11years and 6 months of experiance prior to join this company.I had education evalation report from trustforte corp showing that my education is equivalent to US BS degree with dual major in electrical and mechanical engineering. So what are the chances of approval of my petition. My second H1 will expires on 10/17/2010. at present my I 140 is in process so if i apply for the third H1 extension how much period of extension i will get? My first H1 approved on 12/30/2004 but i got visa on 07/07/2005 and i came i US on 08/08/2005 will i regain that period without affecting my out come of I140.pl advice me for my third H1 renewal. Thanks
