H1B 6th yr expires 30-NOV-2010,visa stamped
I-140 approved,EB2 PD 25-FEB-2009. have a copy of approved I-140.
1.Should I be physically present when my H1 extn or H1 Transfer is pending?planning to go to India in AUG,Have an offer from Emp B, they r ready to file H1 transfer using approved I140.
2 If I switch job to an employer B who files for my H1 transfer with my approved I-140, and assuming my H1 filed by employer B is approved for 3yrs
-If I work for B for 6 mths, can I transfer my H1 to a new employer C for remaining period (2.5 yrs) if employer A revokes I140?
3 If I stay outof US for 1 yr and come on a new H1, can I use my prev PD on prev I140(may be revoked by prev employer)when new employer files for GC?
4 Is there a way to find out if an employer revoked an approved i-140?
