Changing end-client after H1-B approval..
I got my H1B extension approved with the help of end-client letter and contract documents of a vendor company who has placed me at this End-Client company. I have got another contract job offer with a better pay rate for a different end-client company. I want to take up this new contract job. However, the intermediate Vendor company who has placed me with current client and is NOT my H1-B Employer is not happy with this. It says if I leave its client and join new client than it will write letter to USCIS stating that I have used its documents to get my H1 extension approved and now I am no longer working with its Client. Will this create any problems for my approved H1-B extension if I take up the new contract and this vendor writes to USCIS?. Can USCIS send intent to revoke in this case?
