Q.

2 H1b Approved. Wants to revoke one H1B

Hi,

My wife got two h1b approved in Feb 2010. She started working for Company A and did not work for Company B. Now company B wants to revoke H1B

1) If company B revoked H1B can she still work for Company A or she goes to H4 automatically.

2) Does Company B should take any special precaution when revoking H1B for not to affect company A H1B.

3) Company B do not know about company A H1B.SHould we tell company B not to apply for COS to H4 when revoking H1B.

Can you please let me know about this.

Thanks
