1. Is it possible for an H1B extension application to get RFE and not get a receipt notice / case number? I was told by my employer that they received a second RFE but never got a receipt notice. Is this possible?

2. Is there a way to check an H1B extension application without a receipt notice (ex: by name, SSN, etc)?

3. Is there a way to check my current non-immigrant status in USCIS? I applied for H4 at the same time my H1B extension is being applied (although I am doubtful about this because my employer cannot provide me with the receipt notice).
