I came to US on L1 and did COS and joined Comp A(consulting) as Sr developer and contracted for Comp B(Product based). Comp A H1(I94) is valid till 12/2010. Comp B applied for my H1B on 09/03. I joined them on 29/03 as Tech Consultant with receipt.

We got RFE on May 19. We submitted my paystubs, W2 and Comp B details (marketing, projects, financial etc). My case was Denied on 19th June. (Yet to receive hard copy).

1.Can I join the Company A back (they terminated my H1 but they didn’t receive any response). Can they reinstate my H1 or transfer fresh H1 with Company B PO?

2.Does Comp A need to transfer on PP after Comp B files for MOR? Can I work for Comp A/B during this process?

3.Can I go out of country and work for Comp A till I get H1?

4. Is there any other option?
