I have been promoted from a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to IT Manager Quality Assurance. I got my H1B extension approved recently till 2013.

I wanted to know,

1. Do I need to get my H1B ammendment done for this new Title ?

2. Will the new position title appear on the LCA or any of the H1B documents like I-797 etc. after the H1B ammendment is done ?

3. I plan to travel to India sometime soon and if so then I need to get my Visa stamping done. Will there be any issue during stamping if the H1B ammendment is not done for the new title ?
