Laid off on H1B :what timeframe do I have to get H1B transfered?
I was laid off recently(on 4th June).That is the date for my last pay stub. I have offers from 2 companies.Company A has filed the LCA and say that they will file for the transfer of H1B, next week, after the LCA is approved.Company B said they will file for transfer tommorrow/ monday. Co. A is a bigger company and a better offer. Should I wait for the LCA approval and go with Co. A next week or go ahead with Co.B immediately? Is it a very big risk to wait till end of next week?
Also can I apply through both Companies?
