H1B Transfer

Greetings Sir!

I am getting laid off from June 30th 2010
I have been here in the US for 5 years.
I have a valid visa till july 22 2010.
I 94 is valid till july 22 2010.

labor approved on nov 2008 and I140 approved
Nov 2009.

I spoke to one of the consulting company and they
are willing to do the H1 transfer

what documents does the new company need for doing
the h1 transfer? How can I retain my priority date?
Is there anything that I need to pay special attention
to?
