multiple H1B transfer while extension in process
My H1B with current employer A expired on June 7th,2010.A applied for extension and got the receipt dated june 4th,2010. Now i have offers from multiple employers B,C,D. These employers are asking me for H1B docs for transfer. I want all the three to start process becoz dont know who gets approval. IF B,C,D apply for my H1B transfer in premium process and if they apply almost at same time or may be in as span of a weeks time.if all the transfers or one of them is approved thats fine, I can join the company which has approval and good offer. Will approval of the transfers effect the process of extension filed by A? will A's petition be denied? is it ok to apply for H1B transfer thro more than one employer when extension is under process?what are the consequences.
