I hold a H1B and I had my F1 issued in Chennai, India. I got my visa stamping in 2007 in Ottawa Canada. That Visa expired in Mar 2008. My new H1B is valid till Mar 2011. I have changed employers in 2009.
I want to get my stamping done in Mexico.
I have been reading visa renewal eligibility for Matamoros and Tijuana and it is not very clear whether I qualify to go to these places to get a renewal??
Is there any way you can validate this? In case my visa needs processing more than 2 days, will I be allowed to enter the US?
