Filing PERM and changing jobs

My 6yrs of H-1B ends on Sep-2011. I am working for company B as a consultant. My employer is company A. My employer has started GC process and they should be able to file my PERM before Sep-2010.

Now Company B wants to make me a full time employee but there is not enough time for them to hire me and file PERM by Sep-2010.

My employer is OK with me joining Company B and they will not cancel the PERM process.

If I join Company B after my PERM is filed by company A, can company B apply for 7th year extension of my Visa? Or Is there any work around for me to join Company B and get my H-1B extended beyond 6years?
