Currently I am on H1 visa with company A, I-94 valid until April 2011. I have transfered H1B to another company B, and I got receipt number for company B. I am working at client side based on receipt number from company B. Eventhough I have provided SOW,PO,client letter to USCIS, I am afraid CIS may deny H1visa based on employer-employee relation ship.I donot want to go back to company A.

Here are my questions on two possibilities:

1) Can I change to F1 status with company B paystubs if my H1 transfer gets denied, even though company A has revoked my H1B petition? Because In this case I am maintaing legal stay with receipt number.

2) Can I change to F1 status with company B paystubs if my H1 transfer gets denied, if company A hasn't revoked my H1B petition ?
