My H1b Transfer is currently under hold as my employer (Company B) is getting the necessary docs ready to respond to the RFE. This process might take about a month or so and also I'm not very confident about the handling of my employer. Meanwhile, I have got another job offer from another company (Company C) and I'm wondering if I could ask them to file for my H1b transfer too while the previous one is still awaiting a decision. Please let me know if I can legally file for 'multiple' H1b transfers at the same time? Will this have any impact on any of my applications? Please advise.
