Hi Indu,

I have H1B I129, visa and I94 valid till oct,2010 and have been working with this employer since 3 years. H1 extension is applied by my employer and status is in initial review. If H1 extension gets denied (due to Jan,8th memo) and after H1Extn denial, is it valid to do H1 transfer to a different employer before the present I94 expiry (oct,2010)?

My present employer is a consulting company and I am working at a client through a middle vendor. I am expecting a denial due to employee employer relationship.
