H1B Transfer

I am in 7th year of H1B, which expires on November 20th, 2010. My EB2 GC is in process with my current Company A and my PERM/I-140 is already approved. I am willing to change the employer now. My questions are:
1. Can I change the employer now(based on the I-140 approval from Company A) even though my H1B is expiring in next 5 months?
2. Is it possible to get the H1B transfer and extension (3 years) at the same time with the new employer B?
3. I just have a copy of I-140 approval notice (I-797) with me. Will this be OK to provide the proof of I-140 approval or do they (employer B) need other info/proof for H1B transfer?
4. Can I get the H1B extension for 3 years with my current employer 'A' even though if I am currently on beach and not assigned to any client project?
