Q.

H1B renewal stamping - LCA & Paystub related question

- Livinig in USA since 2005-H1B.From August 2006 continue working with same client same company same location.
-In 2009 got extn for h1b & I-94 is valid till Feb 2011.Going to H1B visa interview at Canada in July.- My Paystub is show two heading.Regualr - $35/Hr and $15/ Hr under PERDm- as Expenses. Tax calculate on $35 only but Expenses PAy ($15) shows in my Gross salary too.
- Is this will be issue in my visa Interview.
- My Last LCA shows rate of pay $88000(yearly)
& My I-129H form shows pay 105,000 (yearly)
- My W2 for 2009 shows Gross pay 86930.
- woud you please help me is it any issue raise during my interview. Becuase MY this LCA was became active in august 2009 .. So would you please help me !! MY Daughter is studying in 10th & son-5th Grade.
I need yr help for my Visa.
