H1B F1 H1B, 6 yrs
I am in 5th year of my H1B, 6 years are finishing Nov 2011. If my company starts my PERM+140 (EB2-India) process I believe I would 3 more years of H1B, till Nov 2014.
If I go for a full-time MBA (on H4/F1 visa)in between say starting Aug 2012, can I work in USA with some other employer after finishing my MBA, using time on the H1B visa? If not on H1B, can I work on some other visa. What are my options?
