My H1 visa 6 year expires on Dec-2010.My company is planning to apply H1 extension in June based on approved i-140.
1.I work for indian consulting company based in chicago.They are holding my H1 visa.I work through vendor at client's location.So its Consultancy--->vendor--->Client.
What documents i need to attach for H1 extension?

2.New rule employer--employee relation would it affect me if my client manager gives me contract letter?

3.How many years would I get on extension?Is it depend on client letter?Do I ask client manager to put 3 years on the letter?

4.What other precautions should be taken to avoid RFE,denials?
