I applied for H1B extn in Feb 2010,after three months of processing I got a Denial notice. My Visa Validity was till Feb 15th. I94 was valid till feb 25th 2010. I got the Denial notice on may 11th 2010. What are the options i have now?
My employer is going to apply for a MTR.

Also another employer(Comp B) suggested that they can apply h1B through consular . is that possible?

How long i can stay in this country after the denial notice date? 33 days or 180 days?? If My case get reopened thru MTR, will i get back my h1b status?
