I think you did not consider "prevailing wage search" into my previous question.

Before my questions (1->3), I mentioned that period of time for "prevailing wage search". If this search step is necessary and required before I can receive the receipt of h1b transfer, then how long does it take to get such receipt by taking the search step into consideration?

Again, for example, to make the question clear, if I take the offer and then they start to do the paper, usually how long does it take before I can work.

I think the steps include (I assume the first step is necessary before starting step 2):
1. prevailing wage search
2. h1b transfer

so how long do these two steps take finally?
