I left my current company and after that, I got a new offer. To get more money :), I would like to have my h1b transfer done as soon as possible. However, I heard there is a new processing pipeline for h1b transfer for some prevailing wage search, so my question for my situation is:

1. I am going to transfer from a profit company to a nonprofit organization, can I start to work when I receive the receipt?

2. How long does it take to get the receipt in regular way and in express way, averagely speaking?

3. If it takes long, could I return to China and hold new h1b to enter US?
