Hi, I am in H1B visa. I got a new opportunity. But my current company don't want to leave me prior to June 28-30 because of the go-live. I have 10 days vacation left over here. If current company is OK, can I take 2 weeks vacation from June 14 and join to new company. Then after two weeks take a one week vacation from new company and work for current company for the period of June 28-30. Then go-back to new company from July 1. Both H1B visa will be activated at that time period and company doesn't have any non-disclosure agreement except the standard code of conduct on antitrust and fair deal. Is it legal to work for 2 employer at the same time in H1B visa?
