H1B 4rth year..prospective 4rth employer..GC Problems involved

Hello Experts, Have 4 yrs of work experience and changed 3 employers in the past.
1 st employer: Worked as a Programmer Analyst
2nd employer: Worked as Sr.Software Engineer
3rd Employer: Worked as Sr.Software Engineer
I have entered to the 4rth year of my H1B and none of my current employers have filed my green card.
I am looking for a prospective employer who can initiate the GC process immediately.
The 4rth prospective employer is willing to my GC but the Job designation will be Software Engineer. The job responsibilities would exactly match my prior employment but the I am taking a Step down in the Seniority and Salary.
Can you please advise if there would be any negative impact on my GC process if I take a step down in my title and taking a lower pay?
Please advise.

Thanks
