Hi,I Came to usa in sep 2008 worked for employer A till dec 2009.H1B VISA and I-94 is valid upto sep 2010 (thro company A).
Joined employer B in jan 2010. B applied for H1B transfer in normal processing in dec 2009 and got approval in feb 2010 upto june 7th 2010.now my new I-94 is upto june 7 2010
Client project is for 6months and end by june 3r week 2010.Now company B is applying for extn by end of may 2010.Now if i get a job from new company C after company B applies for extension.Can company C transfer my H1b? first of all will any company hire me when my extension is under process.By any chance if i dont get a new contract/Job and company B petition for extension is also rejected and if company A has not revoked my H1B petition then whats d good time to join A w/o going out of status
