Q.

Change of company on 6th year

Came to USA on Aug 13, 2004. Sept 31,2010 my 6th year ending after adding my out of country days. My PERM filed on Sept 30, 2009 and gets cleared on April 23, 2010. If now I want to change my company and utilize the cleared PERM to transfer my H1, what should be my new validity end date? Sept 30,2010 or Sept 30, 2011 ?

Since my PERM filling date is less than new file validity start date (June 15) is there any possibility that they will not give me the chance to utilize that PERM?

If that yes, can I also make a simultaneous extension request with effective start date from Sept 30, 2010. Because I am within 6 months of that date? Or do I need to file for that extension after having the transferred H1 in hand? if yes, can I really apply that since my PERM cleared from past employer?
