I have to travel to India soon and I will have to get visa stamping. One of the documents required is Employment verification letter. Being a small company I report directly to the CEO and he is out of town. We don't have a Human Resources department but we do have a person who does administrative work. Her job title is Office Coordinator (she is responsible for handling interview candidates, payroll, compensations e.t.c). Can I get the employment verification letter from her. Her designation is Office Coordinator.

Please advise.
