Hello sir,

I attended my h1b visa from london consulate on 12/05/10,iam given 221g additional docs asking for 2008 and 2009 tax rtns ,my complete cv and copy of educational qulaifications,the officer took the petteion,lca offer letter,and also the in house proj letter.She did not ask any of my experience credntials and she was not in a mood to chk my educational certificates.

Previous rejections for me were f1 and h1b (chennai)

Asking all the requested docs to email to petitionslondon@state.gov.

The issue is my uk(student dependant) visa expiring on may 31 and to process the application further it would take 15-20 work days and the officer replied in a positive way for the question how longit takes for my application to be processed.

Please provide inputs
