Approved I - 140
Hi
Is the 3 year extension based on approved I 140 transferrable?or is it tied to the employer?
Is it possible to switch employers if I-140 is approved and you have 3 years of extension(beyond 6 years of H1B)based on approved I-140 and the new employer is willing to start the GC process all over again beginning from LCA.
Is the priority Date portable in this case?
The 485 is not filed yet.
