I got my i140 (EB 3 labour) on may' 2008 through company A. The Company A filed my 7th year extension on Jan'2008 for a year ( we had labour only at that time) but it was pending for a long period, so they suggested to transfer my h1b to any other company using approved i140 on Sep 2008.

I have transfered my h1b to Company B on Oct'2008 and got h1b extension until Sep 2011 on Feb'2009.

But the company B hasn't started labour until now and I'm worried about another extension and GC Process.

Can I transfer my H1b to any other company (say Company C) now using my current I94 and valid h1b (until sep'2011) and my approved I140 (of company A)?

Can I request Company A to process my i485 when INS opens again?
