H1b transfer with I-140 approved
I work for a company A and my I-140 is approved. I am in the 6th year of my H1b. Company B is willing to transfer my H1b . I know that I can get 3 year H1b extensions based on the I-140 approval from Company A. I am planning to join company B only after getting my H1b 3 year approval. My questions are (1) What would happen if my I-140 is revoked by my employer A after I get the 3 year extension and join Employer B ? (2) Would my H1b extension that just got approved still be valid?(3) If I go out of Country for US Visa stamping after my 3 year H1b extension would I be able to get a US visa at the consulate even after my I-140 is revoked by employer A ?
