DUI Misdemeanor - H1 B extension Visa Stamping
I was convicted for a DUI Misdemeanor recently and I completed all my community service and paid all the fines. I want to go for my h1b Visa stamping for extension. Can you please let me know what are the steps I have to take to avoid problems ? and what are my chances for getting VISA stamped successfully. I am planning to go to Vancouver, Canada for stamping. What If I don't check the "Have you been ever convicted or arrested" box, will the consulate people find out ?
